Kennedy Foster: A Journey in Sports and Leadership
Kennedy Foster, a 2025 alumna of Keiser University, reflects on her journey as a Marketing and Football Development Seasonal Assistant for the Kansas City Chiefs. Her passion for football began in 2015, inspired by her father's love for the New York Giants. Foster credits her competitive experience in flag football, particularly during her time at Dwyer High School in Florida, for shaping her character, teaching her valuable lessons in leadership, confidence, and adversity. At Keiser University, she excelled both academically and athletically, becoming a five-time All-Sun Conference selection and leading her team to multiple titles. Foster acknowledges the support of key figures like Head Coach Sam Harris, who believed in her potential, and various professors who enriched her learning experience. She is determined to promote youth football and emphasize resilience in overcoming challenges. Foster's journey exemplifies how sports can foster personal growth and professional success, encouraging others to embrace life's ups and downs with determination.
